Details and References: Clearly explain what you want in the artwork and, if possible, provide visual references. The more specific the request, the better the final result.

Major Changes: Significant changes after the artwork has started may result in extra fees, and the client will be notified in advance. Small adjustments are accepted within reason.

Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable or that is beyond my skill level. Always ask first if you're unsure about the theme.

Payments are made via PayPal.

I require 50% upfront after the commission is confirmed, and the remaining 50% after the commission is completed.

The final artwork will only be delivered after the full payment is confirmed.

Significant changes after the sketch is approved may result in extra fees and delays in the delivery time.

The delivery deadline will be informed after all the artwork details are defined. The time may vary depending on the complexity of the request.

During the process, I will send updates and progress images of the artwork.

My artworks are intended for personal use only, such as profile pictures, banners, digital decoration, and similar purposes.

If the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes (such as selling products, monetization, or brand promotion), a commercial usage fee will be charged.

Once the artwork has started and payment has been made, the commission cannot be canceled.

I do not offer refunds, as the payment is for my time and experience invested in the work.

If I personally need to cancel the commission due to personal reasons, the amount paid will be fully refunded to the client.
